Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team supporting cutting-edge large language model (LLM) initiatives including evaluation, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and preference ranking. Reporting to Project Managers and collaborating closely with Assistant Project Managers (APMs), you will play a key role in project operations, quality control, and fast-paced pilot program support.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day project operations and support APMs in pilots and exploratory projects.
- Lead quality control efforts for AI evaluation, fine-tuning, and annotation workflows to ensure high data accuracy and consistency.
- Design and implement innovative, well-structured quality control and annotation processes.
- Track project metrics, monitor data quality continuously, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Effectively communicate findings, insights, and project updates to diverse stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier I college.
- 1+ year of professional experience in a startup environment, particularly in operations, project management, or account handling.
- Strong reasoning, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Genuine interest in GenAI and LLM projects; direct experience is a plus.
