About the Role

We are looking for a Video Lead to spearhead our video strategy as a key growth and lead-generation channel. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in video storytelling, content creation, and distribution—turning ideas into high-impact campaigns that attract, engage, and convert audiences.

This role goes beyond execution—you'll shape the video-first growth strategy, learn from top industry practices, and build a playbook that positions our brand as a leader in engaging video content that promotes sales of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the video content strategy for lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Research and benchmark against top video-first leaders to bring best practices and innovation.
  • Conceptualize, script, and oversee production of high-quality video content (product explainers, founder stories, campaigns, reels, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align video content with growth objectives.
  • Analyze video performance metrics, optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, or in-house teams to deliver impactful video campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of video marketing trends, platforms, and emerging tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in video production, video marketing, or digital storytelling.
  • Proven track record of building video campaigns that drive measurable growth or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of social media video formats (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reels, Shorts).
  • Excellent creative direction, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable using analytics to refine content strategy.
  • Leadership qualities to guide a team or work with external creators.
