Preparing monthly dispatch plan based on customer delivery schedule and monitoring for in-house & vendor end.Take forecasting for 1 month from customer & conform with customer.

2.Preparing monthly supplier schedule release and monitoring the same.Preparing monthly raw material, packing, consumable & child part plan and indent to be raised and send it to purchases department by 25th, no indent will be accepted after 5th of each Month.

3.Preparing monthly dispatch failure report along with the reason and action to be taken to G.M, CEO and MD by 1st of each month see to it that no repeated issues of failure.

4.All feedback to be reported to GM/CEO/MD.All IATF & ERP to be prepared and maintained properly.

Calculating manpower requirement from machine utilization chart and inform concerned department.

5.Finalizing monthly stock and inventory level as per target in BRM with stores department.

6.Planning for reduction of Transport cost & no premium freight incident.Keep track on rejection material at customer, in-house & vendor end and collect from customer within 10 days.

7.Reduce non moving material for more than 30 days.Supplier delivery & quality performance to be achieved 100%.Inventory level to be maintained for Raw material-15 days, processing-7 days, finished goods 3 days as per target in BRM.

8.Keep track on material at various stages.Attain weekly sales review meeting and highlight issues related to customer dispatch & inventory level.Maintain PPC related documents like customer schedule & delivery, vendor delivery rating as per IATF.

  1. Maintain record of product flow diagram. supervise and contol damages in transportation. Monitoring stores activity. Packing standards to be set and maintain.For NPD samples & pilot batch schedule from development to be taken for the month & planning for same to be prepared with production department & customer dispatch according.New die trials planning & movement of existing die in-house/outsource in co-ordination with Plant Head/GM.
