Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a data-driven mindset.
Experience with outbound and inbound sales strategies and execution.
Prior success in sales team leadership, pipeline management, and closing large enterprise deals Good Have Skills :
knowledge and expertise in Sales Management , SaaS enterprise sales and US market.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on B2B SaaS sales for the US market.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for enterprise clients.
Build scalable sales processes and continuously optimize the sales pipeline, metrics, and reporting.
Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategy.
Drive performance through KPIs, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and career development for team members.
Identify and cultivate new enterprise business opportunities through outbound efforts and strategic partnerships.
Oversee complex enterprise sales cycles from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Stay up-to-date with SaaS market trends, competitor movements, and client needs Location :
