Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee civil engineering activities on site, including earthworks, concrete, and structural works.

  2. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

  3. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.

  4. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  5. Prepare and submit site reports, including progress reports, defect reports, and safety reports.

  6. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve site-related issues.

  7. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and implement corrective actions as required.

  8. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff.

Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a site engineering role.

  2. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.

  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
