Job Responsibilities:

  • Site Execution & Supervision
  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with masons, carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
  • Quality Control
  • Check the quality of materials and workmanship on site.
  • Monitor concrete mixes, shuttering, curing, reinforcement placement, and finishing work.
  • Ensure correct measurement and alignment as per approved drawings.
  • Material & Labor Management
  • Monitor availability of construction materials and raise material requests as required.
  • Maintain attendance and labor deployment records.
  • Prevent material wastage and ensure proper usage.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain daily site progress reports (DPR).
  • Report site issues, progress status, and work delays to Site Engineer/Project Manager.
  • Assist in preparing measurement sheets for contractor billing.
  • Safety Compliance
  • Ensure workers follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and safe working practices.
  • Identify and report site hazards to prevent accidents.

Key Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of civil drawings, levels, and site execution.
  • Familiarity with materials like concrete, shuttering, bricks, steel, plaster, etc.
  • Strong supervision and labor handling skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹29,964.01 per month
