Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design efforts across key initiatives, from discovery to execution Build expertise in your product area to create and improve features based on what users need, what benefits the business, and what's technically possible Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to help teams determine the design direction for delivery Collaborate with product managers and engineers on your team to define concepts, develop design solutions and ensure seamless implementation of hi-fidelity designs Contribute to the definition and expansion of the new and existing Oleria Design System Qualifications:
years of experience as a Product Designer, or similar role Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and proven business impact Strong visual design skills and ability to influence design quality Have strong communication skills and can effectively explain design decisions to technical stakeholders Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools Excellent communication, self-management, and organizational skills Experience designing data visualizations or interactive graphs is a plus Additional experience in B2B SaaS Security solutions is a plus.
