Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Assistant Manager Outbound Sales to lead a high-performing telesales team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing voice-based outbound sales processes, with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals and improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Tele Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor daily outbound calls, conversions, and quality using CRM and dialer tools.
  • Track and manage KPIs: Call Volume, AHT, Conversion Rate, Attrition, Absenteeism, etc.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Handle roster management, leave planning, and ensure shift adherence.
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly MIS and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with QA and Training teams to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Drive performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming team members.
  • Coordinate with WFM and HR for smooth operations and hiring needs.
