Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally Data Entry Operator with a B.Com background to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and a keen eye for accuracy in financial data entry and records management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly closing activities.
  • Ensure all data entries are performed with high accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain accounting reports as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory).
  • Good Typing speed
  • Good understanding of basic accounting concepts and journal entries.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
