We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect / Senior Application Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Subscription Management to join our growing team. This role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, enterprise architects, and technical teams to design and implement scalable solutions that drive the subscription and billing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Solution Architect and Senior Application Engineer, leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Subscription Management solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
  • Configure and implement advanced Oracle Subscription Management Cloud features for usage-based and recurring billing models.
  • Develop and test prototypes, addressing system gaps with custom integrations and configurations.
  • Design and implement integration solutions with eCommerce platforms and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Finance).
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support for enhancements, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Subscription Management (OSS) with a focus on pricing and usage-based billing.

  • Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud including:

  • Subscription Management

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Pricing Configurations

  • Product Information Management (PIM)

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud for complex subscription and billing scenarios.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency with integration tools/frameworks: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, OTBI.
  • Skilled in Oracle development tools: PL/SQL, VBCS, APEX, Java, BPM.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud APIs and extending Fusion applications.
  • Strong understanding of subscription business models, processes, and eCommerce integrations.

Other Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms.
