Job Overview

We are seeking an expert in digital workplace architecture to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure solutions for our organization.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Viva Suite.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in defining and maintaining architectures for digital workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and user experience principles.
  • A strong understanding of identity and access management, including conditional access, authentication protocols, and role-based access control, is essential.
  • The successful candidate will be able to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions that meet scalability, reusability, and security requirements.
  • Expertise in selecting and recommending tools or services to meet business and technical requirements is also required.
  • Mentorship and guidance experience in leading technical reviews and guiding engineers and analysts toward best practices is highly valued.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage architectural work, epics, and user stories is also preferred.
