1. Communication Bridge

  • Acts as a liaison between the buyer and the factory.
  • Understands buyer requirements and communicates them to production, design, and sourcing teams.

5. Production Planning and Follow-up

  • Creates a production schedule and ensures adherence to deadlines.
  • Follows up with different departments (cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control).
  • Troubleshoots production or quality-related issues.

6. Quality Control

  • Coordinates with quality control teams.
  • Ensures finished goods meet buyer specifications and quality standards.

7. Documentation and Logistics

  • Prepares all required documents (purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents).
  • Ensures timely shipping and delivery of goods.
  • Handles customs clearance and logistics follow-ups.

8. Trend and Market Analysis

  • Keeps up with fashion trends, textile innovations, and market demands.
  • Provides input for future product lines based on market research.

9. Post-Delivery Follow-Up

  • Ensures buyer satisfaction after delivery.
  • Gathers feedback and coordinates for replacements or improvements if necessary.
