We're Hiring: Business Development Managers (Freshers) – Jaipur & Kota

What You'll Do:

  • Generate & qualify leads through doctor visits, hospital meetings, and outreach
  • Manage the sales funnel: calls, demos, follow-ups, closures
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain activity trackers/CRMs & report progress
  • Represent the labs at local events, CMEs, and networking activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Any graduate (BSc, BA, BBA, Biotech, Pharma); MBA/PGDM preferred
  • Excellent communication in Hindi & English
  • Strong persuasion, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness for local travel; two-wheeler preferred
  • Self-motivated with a learning mindset; healthcare/diagnostics interest a plus
