QQ Engineering & Consulting (QQEC) boasts an in-house team of renewable energy consultants with diverse expertise, equipped with all necessary tools and software to deliver comprehensive services.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and control all technical documentation related to engineering projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all engineering drawings, specifications and project records are accurate, properly maintained and easily accessible to the relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, register and distribute engineering and project documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure proper version control and traceability of engineering drawings and revisions.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, design teams and contractors to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
  • Support the preparation, formatting and archiving of engineering and project documentation.
  • Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems in line with document control standards.
  • Track and report document status, approvals and pending actions to project leads.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with quality and safety standards.

Competency

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Engineering or related field).
  • 0–2 years of experience in document control, administration or a similar role (freshers welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
