(Subject Matter Expert) within its Engineering team.

Qualification:
Minimum BE / B Tech.

Experience Level:
Minimum 7-12 years of experience in SCADA system Engineering

Job description:

The principal responsibilities essentially include:

  • Able to prepare SCADA system architecture based on Overall SLD, project configuration, and as per utility guidelines.
  • Shall be able to understand MV Panel and control relay panels drawings/schematics.
  • Able to prepare complete technical specification/RFP documents as per project requirements.
  • Able to prepare IO list, communication cable schedules, and control logic writes up.
  • Shall be able to verify technical compliance of Hardware and software systems.
  • Shall be able to do Factory acceptance test independently as per approved documents.
  • Shall have knowledge on basic of Protection of substations, power transformers, and generators
  • Shall have knowledge on different architectures RSTP, PRP, and HSR.
  • Shall have Knowledge on Ethernet Switches, Router, and Firewall.
  • Shall have knowledge of the different types of communication Ethernet, Fiber optic, Serial RS232/RS485, PLCC.
  • Shall have Knowledge of Substation Automation and Communication Protocol SNMP, SNTP, Modbus, IEC , IEC61850, IEC , and IEC
  • Shall have Knowledge of RTU, SAS, and HMI functionalities.
  • Shall have knowledge of PLCC and FOTE system.
  • Shall have knowledge of Cyber security, CEA grid compliance and Load Dispatch Centre Interface of Plant.
  • Candidate have worked in renewable energy projects specifically EHV Substations up to 400kV, Solar, Wind, BESS shall be preferred. However, other industries candidate like Process, Oil & Gas may also apply.
