Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analysis Manager located in Jaipur. The Data Analysis Manager will be responsible for overseeing data analysis tasks, interpreting complex data sets, and providing actionable business insights. Key responsibilities include conducting statistical analysis, managing data analytics projects, and collaborating with different departments to support data-driven decision-making. The manager will also be responsible for improving data collection processes and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, production systems, quality, sales, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for real-time monitoring of business KPIs.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Analyze production, quality, sales, and financial data to provide actionable insights.
  • Present data-driven findings to management to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, templates, and trackers for cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, finance, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support management in big data collection initiatives and analytics-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, Data Analysis, and Data Analytics skills.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry).
  • Experience with Business Analysis and Statistics
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and software
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, data extraction).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, reporting).
  • Understanding of big data concepts, ETL, and data warehousing is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with attention to detail.
