Role Overview

We are seeking a
Project Engineer
experienced in
U.S. construction p
rojects to join our growing remote team.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating directly with U.S.-based clients and project managers on live construction and preconstruction work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare scope of work documents, contracts, and related project documentation.
  • Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and specification clarifications.
  • Support estimation and scheduling teams during preconstruction and active project phases.
  • Perform bid leveling, reach out to subcontractors for bids, and assist in preconstruction coordination.
  • Manage and process change orders on Procore, ensuring documentation accuracy and approval tracking.
  • Monitor budgets and cost controls through Procore and project cost reports.
  • Oversee and maintain closeout document management, including collection, organization, and secure storage.
  • Coordinate design clarifications and ensure smooth communication between client and site teams.
  • Maintain organized document control and communication logs for multiple projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 3–10 years of experience in U.S. construction or remote engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
