Position Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities,
maintaining strong client relationships, and representing the company at various forums. The ideal candidate will have
a strong passion for sports and a solid understanding of infrastructure sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sports infrastructure space (schools, universities, clubs, builders,
government agencies, etc.)
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management
* Conduct site visits and consult with clients to understand their infrastructure needs
* Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and tenders
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors
* Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements
* Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in sports infrastructure
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's offerings
* Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
* Look after all the leads generated by platforms like IndiaMart, SEO and Meta Advertisements.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or sports-related products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand technical specifications and present solutions clearly to clients
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred:
* Prior experience in sports infrastructure or construction-related sales
* Network in the sports or education sector (schools, federations, etc.)
* Understanding of tendering and government procurement processes
