Company Description

REGRIP is dedicated to addressing the global tire crisis by adopting circular economy principles in the tire industry. We focus on maximizing the end life of tires and converting non-reusable tires into valuable raw materials. Our mission is to reduce environmental impact by extending the lifespan of discarded tires and transforming waste into eco-friendly resources. Located in Jaipur, we aim to drive change towards a sustainable and responsible future in the tire industry.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneur in Residence, located in Jaipur. The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing operations, and driving innovation in sustainable tire solutions. Daily tasks include market analysis, strategic planning, overseeing product development, and fostering partnerships. This role demands active engagement with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with REGRIP's mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
  • Operations Management and Product Development skills
  • Innovation and Sustainable Practices in the tire industry
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in the sustainable or circular economy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
