As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital advertising strategies across Meta and Google platforms, driving customer acquisition, and fueling revenue growth. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and strong technical know-how to optimize campaigns and unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy:

Develop and execute high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive quality traffic and maximize conversions.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor campaign performance across both platforms, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies.

Creative Collaboration:

Work with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

A/B Testing:

Design and run experiments to test variables such as headlines, CTAs, and audience segments to boost performance.

Budget Management:

Strategically allocate budgets across channels to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of business objectives.

Audience Targeting:

Use advanced targeting options (custom audiences, lookalikes, keyword strategies, etc.) to ensure campaigns reach the right audience.

Industry Trends:

Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices across Meta and Google advertising ecosystems.

Reporting:

Create comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing both Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Analytical Skills:

Strong grasp of KPIs and analytics tools to derive insights and guide strategy.

Creativity:

Ability to conceptualize and collaborate on engaging ad creatives and landing page optimizations.

Technical Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.

Project Management:

Ability to handle multiple campaigns with excellent time and resource management.

Adaptability:
