Position: PM QC Supervisor (Packaging Material)

Location: Oad, Ahmedabad

Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

Job Summary:

Looking for a PM QC Supervisor to handle quality inspection of packaging materials like bottles, caps, plugs, labels, cartons, and shrink sleeves. The role includes incoming inspection, in-process quality checks, supplier coordination, documentation, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming packaging materials and verify dimensions, GSM, micron, fitment, sealing, colour & printing quality.
  • Perform in-process QC checks on bottle–cap–plug–label assemblies.
  • Report and coordinate with suppliers for defects and CAPA.
  • Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and documentation.
  • Supervise quality inspectors and ensure sampling as per AQL standards.
  • Support quality improvements and resolve issues like leakage, label defects, sealing, variation, etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science/Packaging Technology.
  • 2–5 years QC/QA experience in FMCG/Cosmetics/Pharma/Food industry.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials & QC parameters.

Good communication and reporting skills.
