**Qualification**: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who want to begin their career in quality control within the heavy electrical or transformer manufacturing sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting basic quality inspections for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
- Learn and follow quality control checklists and inspection procedures.
- Support visual inspection of welding, painting, assembly, and surface finish of radiator parts.
- Participate in pressure testing and paint thickness (DFT) checks under supervision.
- Maintain basic inspection reports and data logs as per QMS standards.
- Observe and report any quality issues or non-conformities to the QC Manager.
- Follow safety and 5S guidelines on the shop floor.
- Attend training sessions on ISO 9001, IS/IEC standards, and quality tools.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Basic understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred)
- Good observation and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn inspection tools and techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and interest in quality systems

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
