We at

are looking for a
Senior Executive – TC (Sustainability)
to strengthen our sustainability and compliance initiatives.

This role will play a key part in managing
Transaction Certificates (TC)
and ensuring end-to-end traceability of all sustainable raw materials by coordinating with suppliers and third-party agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and upload
    Transaction Certificates (TC)
    from raw material suppliers.
  • Manage documentation and submissions on
    third-party portals
    such as
    BV, Intertek, and CU
    .
  • Ensure
    timely, accurate, and audit-ready
    records for sustainability compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external auditors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support internal and buyer audits related to
    traceability and sustainability
    .
  • Contribute to Sonu Exim's sustainability reporting and data management processes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience:
    3–6 years in the
    garment manufacturing industry
    , preferably in traceability or sustainability roles.
  • Qualification:
    Graduate or Diploma in
    Textile Technology
    or
    Compliance Management
    .
  • Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of
    BV, Intertek, CU portals
    and sustainability documentation.
  • Skills:
    Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Salary:
    Negotiable for the right candidate.
