Requirements• Bachelor's degree in mechanicalengineering, electrical engineering, or related field.• 2 -3 years of experience in projectmanagement for solar pump projects.• Strong technical knowledge of solarpumping systems.• Proficiency in design software forsolar pumping systems.• Excellent project management,problem -solving, and communication skills.• Attention to detail and commitment todelivering high -quality work.• Willingness to travel to project sitesas required.
