Core responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management:
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to technical specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and handle change orders.
  • Technical and On-Site Supervision:
  • Supervise installation teams and subcontractors on-site.
  • Provide technical guidance and solve mechanical, electrical, or electronic problems that arise.
  • Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client, site team, and management.
  • Coordinate with different departments like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
  • Communicate project updates, address client concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance:
  • Enforce and adhere to all site safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct safety training for team members.
  • Ensure the final installation meets the company's quality standards and client requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of installation progress, changes, and any issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress and status reports to management.
  • Document project close-out activities.

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: B.E., Diploma, or ITI in a relevant engineering field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in elevator installation is often required.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a technical team and subcontractors.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.

Candidate min. 4-5 yrs. experience on same field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
