We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer specializing in agentic AI systems, voice interaction technologies, and real-time intelligent automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience building AI agents, voice-based AI solutions, and integrating cutting-edge speech and language models into production environments.

Requirements
*Must-Have Skills*

  • Strong hands-on experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalents.
  • Proven experience building or integrating voice AI systems (voice bots, calling AI, telephony automation, real-time audio response engines).
  • Deep understanding of speech recognition and transcription models (Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, custom ASR pipelines).
  • Expertise in audio analytics and voice signal processing — speech segmentation, tone & emotion detection, MFCCs, spectrograms, feature extraction, etc.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DL libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, SpeechBrain, librosa, torchaudio.
  • Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) for reasoning and conversational intelligence.
  • Understanding of SCORM, APIs, and cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Text-to-Speech (TTS) and voice cloning technologies.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication tools (WebRTC, SIP, Twilio).
  • Experience building RAG pipelines and multimodal AI systems.
  • Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
