Role Overview: You will lead the sales division in Frozen Foods by planning, developing, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth through new business opportunities, leading a team of sales managers and executives, building strong relationships with key clients and distributors, monitoring market trends, collaborating with marketing teams, setting sales targets, ensuring efficient logistics, overseeing pricing strategies, and providing insights to top management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans - Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities - Lead a team of sales managers and executives - Build strong relationships with key clients and distributors - Monitor market trends - Collaborate with marketing teams - Set sales targets - Ensure efficient logistics - Oversee pricing strategies - Provide insights to top management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (MBA preferred years of experience in the FMCG/foods sector - 4-5 years in a senior sales leadership role in frozen foods or cold chain products - Strong network in retail, modern trade, HORECA, and institutional sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Deep understanding of cold chain logistics - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools - Willingness to travel extensively Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid time off.
