Please find below Job description of Deloitte USI for Global Ethics on CTH (Contract to hire) basis third party payroll.

The initial contract will be for 6-8 months, post this period, you will be given the opportunity to convert yourself as a full-time employee of Deloitte.

Location - Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

  • Day to day management of key tools and processes designed to support the ethics network, including:
  • Maintenance, oversight, and updates to our Global Ethics Library Sharepoint site, intranet and internet pages
  • Co-ordination and planning of network engagement opportunities and team meetings, including managing the Global Ethics calendar, scheduling of webinars and other meetings, liaising with speakers, collating content, and co-ordinating communications
  • Collating and organizing feedback from the ethics network regarding new materials and policies in design
  • Managing central mailboxes and distribution lists
  • Day to day support for the design, build, implementation and continuous improvement of innovative solutions to sustain and build Global and member firm ethical culture, and measure/report on progress, performance, and impact relative to the global ethics agenda. Key processes, tools and programs that may be supported by this Analyst contractor include:
  • Supporting the development of content for ethics network webinars, workshops, and training, other working groups and meetings, and leadership reporting
  • Assisting with the project management office, including tracking of project status, milestones, and reporting on progress
  • Supporting annual member firm monitoring and assessment processes, including the Member Firm Standard 7 process and member firm ethics program reviews
  • Other projects and ad-hoc tasks
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and PMO skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures as well as ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders on the ethics agenda.

Education: MBA Grads required
