Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on CAD software, including SketchUp, CATIA, Primavera, and Revit.

  • Develop customized training materials, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises.

  • Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Stay updated with the latest versions, tools, and industry practices in CAD applications.

  • Support students in live projects and guide them through practical problem-solving.

  • Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in SketchUp, CATIA, Primavera, and Revit.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make training interactive.

  • Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.

  • Patience and adaptability to work with learners of different skill levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

  • Professional certifications in CAD tools (preferred).

  • Prior experience as a CAD Trainer or working professional in design/engineering roles.
