Service Desk Coordinator

Job Description:
This is not a voice call-based customer support profile. The candidate would be coordinating with corporate houses and working with a team of SAP consultants at various ranks.
Work on a prominent ticketing tool - JIRA Service Management.
Review Requests registered by the Customer.
Obtain additional information from the Requester / End users.
Assign the Requests as per established procedure.
Obtain, Update, and Maintain all information related to Requests.
Follow up with Consultants and Customers
Onboard Customers on CTPL s Customer Portal.
- Prepare presentations spanning project status reports, and proposals, among others.
- Organize and participate in internal and external Online meetings.
- Prepare and submit AMS reports and other information as required.
