If you prefer predictable processes over progress, this may not be the right environment.Our Tech StackFront-End: (React), Tailwind, Shadcn, AG GridBack-End: Supabase (Postgres), Vercel Edge FunctionsThe RoleWe're hiring a Frontend Engineer to lead the development and design of Mixo's web dashboard — the interface that powers ad automation, campaign insights, and AI-driven analytics for enterprise clients.You'll collaborate closely with our backend and AI engineers (Aditya & Hari) to translate data into actionable, intuitive UI.This role is design-heavy — you'll be responsible for both visual design and frontend engineering.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end frontend: architecture, UI, performance, and polish.Build responsive, intuitive interfaces for dashboards, campaign analytics, and reports.Design data visualizations for metrics like CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates, Spend, etc.Work with Supabase APIs to fetch and display real-time data.Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and optimize data fetch logic.Maintain design consistency using Tailwind + Shadcn components.Turn Figma mockups (or self-created designs) into high-quality, production-ready pages.Optimize for performance, accessibility, and scalability.What You Bring3+ years of professional experience in React / Strong understanding of UI design systems, data visualization, and frontend architecture.Experience working with REST APIs, Supabase, or similar backends.Solid command of TailwindCSS, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.A good eye for design — capable of building UIs that feel clean, modern, and delightful.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.Bonus points if you:Have experience designing or contributing to a design system.Know how to visualize large datasets interactively / Recharts / ).Have exposure to AI / marketing dashboards or automation tools.You'll Fit Here If YouLove turning complexity into simple, elegant UIs.Thrive in autonomy — you want to own the frontend, not just follow tasks.Believe in prototypes > PowerPoints.Enjoy collaborating directly with founders and backend engineers.Why Join UsDirect collaboration with the Founder and core tech team.Complete ownership of frontend architecture.Remote, flexible hours, high trust, and fast iteration culture.Opportunity to shape the interface for an AI product used at scale.Next StepsIf your profile matches, you'll:Have a short intro conversation with Kartik (Founder/CEO).Complete a short design + coding assessment (focused on dashboard UX).Receive an offer if it's a mutual fitJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleApplication Question(s):Your current CTC?Experience:Front-end development: 1 year (Required)Work Location: Remote
