About the Role

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about selling high-impact solutions to the Pharma & Biopharma sector. The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, promoting trainings/services/products, managing campaigns, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & prospect new clients in the pharma industry.
  • Maintain and update the active leads pipeline.
  • Conduct tele-calling, demos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with teams to prepare impactful PPT presentations.
  • Drive participation for webinars, workshops, and training programs.
  • Support cross-functional tasks related to client handling and training/ product /services delivery.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows.
  • Creative content creation mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks simultaneously.
