The successful candidate will implement and monitor security protocols, respond to emergencies, and create a safe living environment for all residents.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive security protocols for residential propertiesOversee the security team and coordinate their daily activities, scheduling, and trainingConduct regular security risk assessments and recommend improvements to existing security systemsMonitor and maintain security equipment including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systemsRespond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and resident complaintsMaintain accurate security logs and prepare detailed incident reportsCoordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessaryConduct fire safety drills and ensure all fire safety equipment is properly maintained and functionalEnforce property rules and regulations in a professional and tactful mannerDevelop and implement disaster management and evacuation plansEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in security management, preferably in residential settingsStrong knowledge of security systems, emergency procedures, and safety protocolsExperience managing security personnel and operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents from diverse backgroundsBasic computer literacy and familiarity with security management softwareValid security certification and training (as per local requirements)Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to residential securityAbility to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions during emergenciesExperience in fire safety management and disaster response planningLocation: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
