Role Overview

We are looking for a
Lead Business Analyst
to join our team at Namshi. In this role, you will take ownership of defining and driving strategic business initiatives, leading a team of analysts, and providing senior-level insights that support executive decision-making. You will work closely with leadership teams across the business to align strategies with execution, ensuring delivery of high-impact outcomes that contribute to Namshi's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Define and lead the business analysis strategy to support Namshi's vision and growth plans.
  • Team Management:
    Mentor, guide, and lead a team of business analysts, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Executive Insights:
    Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence business strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with teams across functions such as Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align on goals and deliver results.
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and improved ways of working to enhance business performance.
  • Project Oversight:
    Manage and oversee major business initiatives, ensuring they meet timelines, objectives, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in
    e-commerce, fashion, or digital retail
    is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency, and customer-centric strategies.
