Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering and a passion for sales. This role involves promoting and selling our range of Power Tools across various industries and regions, including remote and rural areas in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell power tools to industrial clients, dealers, and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and post-sales support.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Travel extensively across India, including remote and rural areas, as per business needs.
Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
2 to 4 years of experience in sales (Power Tools/Industrial Products preferred).
Freshers with strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills are welcome.
Willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic.
Good command over English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, Email communication).
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Prior sales experience in power tools, industrial tools, or capital goods.
Understanding of mechanical components and industrial processes.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Compensation:
As per industry standards + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives
