Job Description/Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Leader to take full ownership of the daily operations and overall administration of our office/site. The Site Leader will serve as the senior-most on-ground point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination across teams such as Administration, HR, IT, and Facilities. This role is critical in creating a well-organized, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee all site-level operations across Admin, HR, IT, and Facilities.

  2. Serve as the single point of accountability for all floor-level activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of issues.

  3. Possess strong technical acumen with prior experience in software or technology-driven companies, particularly managing IT systems, tools, and infrastructure.

  4. Coordinate with internal and external IT teams to support system availability, security, and performance.

  5. Ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure, office services, vendor management, and operational supplies.

  6. Collaborate with HR on employee engagement, onboarding, and policy communication.

  7. Manage shift operations, including night shifts or international overlaps (e.g., US time zones).

  8. Demonstrated strategic leadership in planning, execution, and enabling cross-functional alignment.

  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with on-ground teams and business stakeholders.

  10. Experience working with US-based companies or US–India collaboration models is strongly preferred.

  11. Represent the site in leadership forums and provide regular operational updates to senior management.

  12. Monitor compliance with workplace health, safety, and statutory standards.

  13. Conduct regular site reviews to track and improve operational efficiency.

  14. Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in office/site management, operations, or administration.

  2. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

  3. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a people-first approach.

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  6. Prior experience in managing shift-based operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500, ₹5,000,000.00 per year
