Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper at our Rishikesh property. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry, restocking supplies, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also includes supporting organizational cleanliness standards and assisting in identifying and reporting maintenance needs to ensure an optimal guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laundry and general cleaning routines to ensure high standards of hygiene.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and address their needs effectively.
  • Strong Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads.
  • Capability to participate in and benefit from Training programs to improve service quality and adapt to evolving standards.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory.
