Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist, located in Rishikesh. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, handling laundry services, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with other team members, attending to guest requests promptly, and participating in periodic training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Training related to housekeeping standards and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Expected Salary Range:
12K to 14K (Accommodation and Food will be provided)
