We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will interact with potential customers over the phone, explain product or service details, address queries, and convince them to make a purchase or subscribe.

  • Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or offers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate record of all customer interactions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Report daily sales activities and feedback to the team leader or manager.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening and persuasive abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
