About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible GST Executive to handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GST rules, return filing processes, and day-to-day GST-related work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
  • Perform 2A/2B reconciliation and identify mismatches.
  • Handle GST registrations, amendments, and cancellation processes.
  • Manage GST payments, challans, and ITC reconciliation.
  • Draft replies to GST notices and departmental queries.
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, ledgers, and GST documentation.
  • Assist seniors in GST Health Checkups and compliance review work.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all GST deadlines.

Requirements

  • Graduation in commerce or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of GST laws.
  • Experience with GST portal, accounting software, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualities

  • Proactive in learning new GST updates.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
