Sales Head

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 3 sales executives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both offline coaching and online courses.
- Generate leads through schools, colleges, and corporate tie-ups.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and institutional partners.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or service sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both in structured offline sales (field visits, tie-ups) and online campaigns.
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
