Role Objective

The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader who can combine strategic thinking with execution excellence to strengthen the company's market position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve set objectives.

Brand Management & Communication

  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence in domestic and international markets.
  • Manage corporate communications, healthy relationship with all Customers.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend product positioning.
  • Sales & Business Development Support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design lead-generation strategies.
  • Develop marketing collateral, product brochures, presentations, and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to launch new products successfully.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
