Job Title: Planning Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer (Fresher) to join our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to start their career in the manufacturing industry.

Role & responsibilities

  • Production Planning: assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordination: Work closely with various departments, including production, procurement, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all planning activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Any internship or project experience in production planning is a plus.
