Job Title: Planning Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

  • Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.

  • Analyze delays, identify critical paths, and propose corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment with timelines.

  • Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management and clients.

  • Forecast resource and material requirements for projects.

  • Conduct risk analysis and assist in contingency planning.

  • Ensure that all planning activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements.

  • Support cost control, budgeting, and procurement planning.

  • Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

  • 3–6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

  • Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience in EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred.
