Otoo Learning Pvt Ltd is a platform specializing in providing multiple learning and innovative education- based solutions like Academics Support, Learning Transformation, Recruitment of Teachers, and End to End Solution under the same roof. Established in 2015,Padhai Help aims to transform schools through technology by providing STEAM-based innovative Learning solutions like Robotics Lab, AI Lab, Kinder Adda(Play Zone) and more. Supporting the sub-mission of the Government of India, Padhai Help also provides Atal Tinkering Lab establishment and provides trainers for the same.

Comprehending the increasing application of technology in the future, Padhai Help exclusively focuses on providing Hassle-Free Innovative learning solutions to students at basic to make them ready for the Robotics, AI, and other scientific fields.

Over the last 7 years, Padhai Help has served 350+ Schools and 3,00,000+ students in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana. The company is driven by innovation and a team of creative and hardworking minds working together to create better and Innovative learning solutions and create a better platform for schools, colleges, and Academic institutes across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with school management to drive organic growth and foster collaboration.
  • Document and update daily activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and progress.
  • Set and meet weekly and monthly performance goals, leveraging data to optimize strategies and enhance results.
  • Conduct visits to schools and potential clients to showcase offerings, strengthen relationships, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Building the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with the school management & accomplish organic growth.

Qualification- Any Graduation

Salary- 3LPA (3 months) After 3 months (4.5 LPA + Good Incentives)
