**Job Title**: Telecaller

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about programs, courses, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound inquiries and respond to questions related to admissions, campus facilities, and other academic offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the database.
- Assist in the enrollment and counseling process under the guidance of the admissions team.
- Provide courteous and professional support to callers at all times.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve student enrollment targets.
- Share feedback and insights from prospective students to improve outreach strategies.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Graduation** in any discipline from a recognized university.

**Experience**:

- **0 to 1 year** of experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service roles.
- **Freshers** with strong communication and persuasive skills are encouraged to apply.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and enthusiasm for interacting with people.
