Job Summary:

The Product Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing strategies for assigned brands. The role will involve close coordination with the field force, medical advisors, and internal teams to drive brand performance, ensure effective promotional execution, and support business growth across India. The role involves cross-functional coordination, market analysis, sales support, and brand establishment

Key Responsibilities:

Product Training

  • Assist in preparing training modules and organizing cycle meetings for the sales team.
  • Provide product and therapy area training to sales representatives

Sales Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the field force to provide product knowledge, training aids, visual aids, and communication materials
  • Collect feedback from the field and use it to fine-tune marketing activities
  • Aggressive follow-ups for the campaigns and special activities

Brand Planning & Execution

  • Assist in developing brand plans tailored to the Indian market based on market insights and business priorities
  • Execute promotional strategies and activities in coordination with the product manager.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis, prescription audits, and secondary data review
  • Analyze brand performance metrics (sales trends, market share, ROI) and prepare monthly dashboards

Promotional Material Development

  • Create and manage promotional inputs: visual aids, scientific literature, doctor engagement tools, and patient education material
  • Ensure timely printing, distribution, and inventory management of marketing materials.

Digital Marketing (preferred)

  • Regular engagement in developing digital posts and other time-specific needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA in marketing preferred)
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical marketing practices and therapeutic areas
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE (POWERPOINT, WORD, AND EXCEL) & CANVA handy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the Indian pharma market dynamics and doctor engagement
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and making actionable decisions
  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); is a MUST & Canva Handling (basics)
