We at Digitek are looking for full-time team members with 2–5 years of experience and a strong understanding of photography, cinematic setups, and lighting techniques.

Key Requirements:

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

  1. End-to-End Event Execution

  2. Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion ensuring all objectives are met.

  3. Manage event logistics including venue setup, equipment, schedules, and on-site coordination.

  4. Oversee event day operations to ensure smooth execution and quick resolution of any issues.

  5. Strong Reporting and Data Analysis

  6. Maintain detailed records of event activities, attendance, budget, and vendor performance.

  7. Prepare comprehensive post-event reports with insights, attendance data, and performance analysis.

  8. Utilize Excel extensively for tracking budgets, timelines, and KPIs.

  9. Follow-Up and Stakeholder Communication

  10. Ensure timely follow-up with clients, vendors, and internal teams for status updates and deliverables.

  11. Maintain proactive communication to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

  12. Team Management and Leadership

  13. Lead and motivate the event team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.

  14. Facilitate clear communication, team collaboration, and resolve conflicts if any.

  15. Provide training and support to team members for efficient event management.

  16. Vendor Management and Negotiation

  17. Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure services and cost-effective contracts.

  18. Monitor vendor compliance with quality standards and timely delivery of services/products.
  19. Ensure payments and contracts are managed smoothly in coordination with finance
