We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented content creator to join our growing team at Soul Jams. If you find joy in storytelling, aesthetics, and crafting content that connects- especially within music, culture, and community spaces- this role is for you. You'll work closely with our social and design teams to bring Soul Jams' spirit alive across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Capture and curate high-quality photo and video content at Soul Jams sessions and community events

  2. Edit and produce content for reels, carousels, and stories that are engaging, on-brand, and platform-optimized

  3. Collaborate with the social media and design teams to align content with weekly and monthly campaign goals

  4. Stay up-to-date with trends in music, youth culture, and digital storytelling- and bring fresh ideas to the table

  5. Organize and maintain an easy-to-access content bank of reusable visuals

  6. Assist in scripting and storyboarding for video content that highlights our artists, community, and vibe

  7. Ensure consistency in tone, color grading, and visual identity across all deliverables

  8. Write engaging captions and visual copy that align with our brand's tone and messaging

  9. Support the team with content scheduling and basic performance tracking
