About the Role
We are seeking a Back Office Executive to provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The role involves data entry, documentation, filing, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage documentation and filing (physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks.
- Respond to emails and follow up on routine communications.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and internal events.
- Support other operational tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in back-office, administration, or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
